Good location on the Ostia beach

Rather simple room

Really nice and helpful staff, good view and access to the beach. Didn't have any problems during my stay, great price. If you are wiling to safe money for your visit to Rome, that's a good option. 5 min walking to the train station, 1,50 euros to Rome, aprox. 45 min in total. Easy and safe, just need to walk a bit.

The huge private balcony was AWESOME for enjoying the sea views! The room was cozy, clean, and the super nice team.

Bad transportation service ,its say they have a shutlle ,and I sent them message 2 days before my coming that I need a lift from the airport ,did not shaw up for 2 hts ,I had to take a taxi for 40 euros to go to the hotel

Quirky hotel with a perfect beach location! My room had a lovely view, and surfing was just across the street. I felt safe in the cozy vibe of this charming little place!

I should've brought my gym shoes! And who knew I'd need a degree in acrobatics to get in the shower?

It's a charming and fabulous hotel with sea views, we had a great experience. Very kind staff, gave a lot of tourist information. Your location was awesome, near the beach. Btw, the airport was 15 km away.

The venue is reliable, with great food and amazing location on seafront. Large room with nice terrace and balcony, as example. Location near beaches being cut off from the rate payers and public and local bars, restaurants and transport to Rome centre and Rome and Ostia.

Clean and cozy accommodations with a fine sea view from the spacious balcony. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of pastries and good choices that started each day right. The outdated decor felt a bit worn, and the air conditioning unit in the room was somewhat noisy at times, which detracted from the overall comfort.

The location next to the beach was good. The restaurant here was magnificent with excellent food, we both ordered delightful dishes.

It was easy to find travelling by car from Rome, it is on the way to the airport. Friendly staff, modest but still good breakfast with some fruits and great coffee.

When somebody was using a shower or a toilet above us, the sound was terrifying: the first time we thought we were going to get showered from the ceiling.

The staff was accommodating, especially Mr Foippo, who graciously upgraded my room. My single room had a fantastic private balcony, perfect for enjoying the morning sun and sea breeze. The breakfast spread was diverse and satisfying, with fresh pastries and fruits. The fine sea view from my room enhanced my experience, allowing me to enjoy the coastal ambiance from the comfort of my accommodation.

The furnishings throughout the hotel feel quite dated, and the small shower facilities may feel cramped for larger individuals, which can hamper comfort during your stay.

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room and loved the huge private balcony with fine sea views! The room was clean and cozy, a perfect spot for morning coffee. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options. The only downside was that the shower felt a bit cramped, but overall it was a great experience.
